Diverse Personality Team Questionnaire
The purpose of this test is to get a map of the diverse personalities in your team. Each of you will be measured on 4 of the main ways people differ, with some additional detail on some sub-scales for each. You will not be asked about stress tolerance and negative mood, which tend to be the most sensitive to discuss in a team setting, and often the least relevant to diversity. Submitting your responses at the end of this questionnaire is considered your permission to send the results to your team leader. If you have any concerns with sharing your results after you have submitted, you should take this with your team leader or contact us with the contact form. You can request your results and data deleted at any time
Instructions: Move quickly through and answer all questions. Describe yourself as you are now, not how you would like to be. Your responses will be kept in absolute confidence, shared only with the testing consultant, yourself and your team leader via the email address you give. Your name will be removed from any data with 2 years as per data privacy regulations.
